ITC has potential as being a psychic skill that can provide useful and meaningful information. I used it as a tool for spiritual development and still do on occasion. I found three factors to be present in ITC communications that affect what is perceived. Subconscious manifestation is the primary, matrixing or scrying is the second and the third of course is contact by another entity. The current level of development of ITC is focused on equipment being employed rather than structure. This tendency has stalled the development of the psychic skill.  Matrixing is only one componant of the whole picture and an approach focused primarily on matrixing produces very little useful or meaningful information.

CRV methods need to be adapted and used for ITC to become useful.

In this article the quantum mechanic explanation is given. I like the article because it allows for all three observations that I have made over the past couple years working with ITC.
