So, how long did you think to reach any visible thing? how many times a day/week do you train?
2 years ago when I started, it took about 2 weeks to be sure I had really done tk. I suspected I did before but I didnt trust my eyes to see that small of a movement. Since then I've done hours a day some weeks and none others. In the last year, I only do it a few minutes here and there.
Do you think that psiballs are important for training? I dont know why but i see them as a boring and stupid training because i wont see anything and i cant even have shure that they are real. I mean, its easy to prove (at least to yourself) tk, because you can see coins, pens, etc, moving, but with a psiball you dont see anything.
I dont know much about psi balls, but sometimes I can feel energy at my hands, and try to build it up. I'm sure its there. They arent necessary for tk.
But I've found that its more efficient to (instead of closing my hands to make a psi ball) reach my hands out in opposite directions and touch a wider area of energy.
Why is that people say thet psiballs are real? Who the hell invented them?
Who invented electrons? Why are they real? I dont know why, but I do see "balls" of energy sometimes, usually when I make them.
Is here any better substitute traing for them? Sorry for these lot of question, but i am very curious and wanna learn more.
First you need to know when energy is there and the direction it is moving (including nonphysical directions). Then learn to change it, in some random way at least. Then you can start to learn exactly how it reacts to certain thoughts.
