 Great video, thank you for sharing this with us Mini Stapler. I love symbolism, slaying your disruptions and becoming at one with everything at the end. Many people tell me that they can't sit down to meditate, due to their busy lives. When they finally get down to trying it, they find that things that made their lives busy before don't have that effect anymore. They now are becoming more in tune with what really matters!  smiley

I sort of had the literal situation from this animation last night, except I wasn't meditating, I was eating a delicious cheese cake! evil  cheesy & my mind went back to this video, & thought to myself; "wish I had a samurai sword." though missing the point a bit, every time the fly came near me I couldn't help but laugh at myself for thinking this, and my frustration with the previously annoying fly had completely gone cheesy
