Hi all, I know some of you have waited a few years for this to be available, as the big Publishing houses are not interested in simplified approaches to spiritual awakening, unless you are a famous author already, lol. The book is called "Keep it Simple" and is about my extremely unusual life, what that lead me to, how I found the methods for awakening I teach, and, it has the concepts gained from the experiences I had directly, as well as a full description of the methods used. Get it here for free... http://www.mediafire.com/?02yimneizq2I look forward to any feedback. Thank you.

Thank you for making this available. I can appreciate the time and effort that must have gone into getting this ready for distribution.
I for one have always attached great value to your straight forward, no-nonsense and highly insightful take on the various subjects discussed here. Looking forward to absorbing your work.

Hi Tayesin: Go to Lulu.com and publish it by yourself. Best format is 6x9, no more than 200 or 250 pages to keep the cost down, and a color front and back cover. Nothing to pay until your sell a copy because it is printing on demand. Good luck.

Hi Tayesin,
I'm about 35 pages or so in and I'm hooked. You've got an interesting story to tell and its really grabbed my curiosity. It's easy to read too - no urges to skim.

Hi Tayesin
I was excited when I saw this post regarding your ebook available for free. I was shocked it was so long, but I finished reading it today and I was impressed. I have always thought about writing a book of my thoughts similar to yours one day, so this has been insightful.
I have had a spiritual "urge" since as long as I can remember (I am now 22), and I have spent the last 5 years reading every resource possible to further my spiritual quest. I have read numerous books on eastern philosophy and eastern wisdom and I attempt to live according to my values, while staying true to myself as often as possible. Although I am always interested in spirituality and never seem to tire of reading and discussing it, I have never had much success with meditation. Over the past week I have been making an effort to devote time during the day for meditation, and I still have the same problems I did over the past 5 years. I manage to get concentrated for the first 5 minutes, and then it is all downhill from there. I usually follow one of the thoughts that springs into my head, and either get drowsy or sometimes even sleep (I think its sleep?). I really want to meet my guide and i have decided to make this my main focus these next few weeks. I tired the white light meditation you recommended today and I find that I have a hard time visualizing anything. When I try to visual a scene its very vague and i end up getting sidetracked by other useless thoughts which break my concentration. Do you have any tips you can give me outside of what is discussed in your book?
Also - What you discussed about 2012 I thought was very interesting. I have had a dream in the last three years of seeing the destruction of the earth and surviving the catastrophe. I have also had dreams about aliens visiting the earth. We are in for an interesting next few years..

Thank you for replies everyone.
Ascended, I will look into Lulu. thank you for the info.
Stookie, glad you like it mate.
Jebbas, It is hard to concentrate at times, especially if you are a male. For some reason we tend to have a bit more difficulty, possibly due to our logical processing(?) All I can suggest is one of two things, either be vigilant on focusing your attention every single time it wanders, or, how about recording to tape the meditation (s) you want to try and then play that back as a Guided Meditation once you are relaxed enough. This gives me an idea, I will also look at turning these simplified methods into a Guided Meditation soundtrack for free download also... thank you so much for providing this chance to have that thought.

Thanks for the advice Tayesin..You know what's funny? I was actually searching to find out if you had any audio guided meditations, and when I didn't see any I was going to suggest that you did make some. Looking forward to hearing them!

I mean spiritually, as in being able to open up to our higher awareness at will, ushering in our own direct experiences of our higher-self and then working with that Teacher Within.

I read the first 35 pages of the book.
At first I was very interested. Well written and an interesting story.
As I read on I came across a quote at the beginning of one of the chapters. It was from another book called 'abduction to the 9th planet'. Right then I lost a lot of hope for the book. The reason being because the book 'abduction to the 9th planet' is made up. But I gave Tayesin the benefit of the doubt and continued reading. Strangely enough, it started to sound much like the book 'abduction to the 9th planet', in the way it was written.
Then I came across something that is identical to the 'abduction to the 9th planet' and that is that "pot damages your soul". WHAT! And let me guess, loud music to.... So I lost all hope and skipped around to the end where again, Tayesin was using similar phrases like 'you are important' and 'eternal love'. Anyways, I will read the rest of the book out of respect, and hopefully end up changing my mind. But as it stands, complete fantasy.

The quote is what was important, not the book it came from. You know truth comes to us in many ways, even through a book that was made up. Pot damaging your Soul is what had been expressed to me by many people, it is not my belief. I think there is nothing we can do in our physical body that can harm the Soul. Soul is too big, too powerful. In the end Lighten, this is just a little book of my own direct experiences and the understandings they have brought me to currently. It certainly isn't the be all and end all of anything, it is just a book, so I hope you enjoy the rest of the read though.

Eh, this is great stuff. Thanks!
I got a bit further than 35 pages, up to the point of past lives that jumps out at you after Big Jigsaw Puzzle.
Listening to Mahavishnu Orchestra and John McLaughlin while reading, having a great time.
Thanks again!
