From my experiences, I can tell u one thing for sure and it has do to with DIET..... and having free time (vacation or weekends) try to wake up early at a day when you are free, and eat something light... salad or very light form of bread without any meat... and go back to bed and if you have been doing energy work with your chakras and such as each one of us should for better result, u will have a much greater chance at staying awake at an AP/OBE atempt, coz that way your metabolism wont draw all that energy your body would otherwise use and would draw your brain into sleep, instead it would manage fine with a small amount of energy and plenty left for you to do OBE/AP/LD's.
