OBE Experience During Work

Well, It has been awhile since I've had an out-of-body experience.

Let me first start out with a little introduction.
I am a field, and in-house level three technician for Time Warner Cable.
About two days ago, I was in between jobs in my truck taking a break, and decided to meditate.

When a song came on the radio during meditation (Unaware of the name) but it had a lot of bass
which I noticed in my half-asleep / half-awake state it seemed like the source of my vibrations and put me in sleep paralysis.

I decided to go with it, Then I asked my guides to assist me in leaving my body and ended up opening
my astral eyes only to find myself being out-of-body in the Real Time Zone, but stuck in the same spot.

I attempted several techniques to separate myself, nothing seemed like it was working.
I, then tried to snap back into my body but that wasn't happening either, no matter how hard I concentrated.

So finally, I wished and demanded myself back into my body when I snapped back into body.
Unfortunately, it wasn't much but it was interesting.

I have been able to separate from my body before, I don't know why I wasn't able to this time though.

OBEs aren't for night time only! 

I was taking a nap at work during lunch and slipped off into the Astral. It lasted all of 5 seconds but it was cool nonetheless. What happened was, I popped into a park that was set during the early 19th century or so. Women we're walking along with parasols and men were riding those bicycles with the big front wheel. They even waved at me!  Too bad it was so short

Wow,
I am surprised by this thread. I need perfect conditions and plenty of time to even come close.
