I know what you are talking about but I have not used it to project. Though when it does happen those jittery energies do make me feel somewhat disconnected from my physical body. I am not sure if you could use this as a controled way to project but if it does happen again try and see if it works for you. If it happens to me and I have time I will try and experiment.

I have never heard any loud noises while leaving my body. The only thing that I have heard is a high pitched buzzing or ringing. Some people do hear noises though. There are some CDs that are suppose to help you project by playing certain tones and music. I have never tried this though so I cannot recommend anything on this subject.

1- I was taking a nap today when I was awoken quite suddenly by the ringing of my mobile phone well I was very startled and got extremely excited and was shaky all over, well after the call I lay down again and my body was just .. vibrating with energy .. quite cool do you think one could succesfully project with pure raw *justjackedtobetafromdelta*-energy ?
 
2 - obes induced by loud noises? I read that you can hear very loud noises while projecting, so will loud noises (ie a train passing by when you live near the railway) induce a projection?
