I cleared up my mind,put in my heaphones and calm.!After some minutes i felt my body was in air or in the sea,i felt my body was rotating{i mean was going alittle bit to left and then a little bit to right and bla bla}and sometimes my arms or my hands were moving...but in their own...it happened 2-3 times.it was like the vibrations...
!this is the end because i fell asleep:(...This was my second attempt to make an obe in 1st day:P

Keep at it Stevie. I've been able to induce the vibrations and noise twice myself, but havn't fully projected yet.

That swaying or swinging sensation is usually a sign of relaxation. You still have a way to go from there: you need to relax further.
