Hey everyone, recently iv been practicing relaxastion technics so i could reach Hypnagogia state, but i need some helpful advice so i can become good at it.

its only recently that iv learned to silence my mind so i can relax, but usually the outcome is either i get sleepy and becomes hard to stay awake or i just reach a point where i give up because i reach a curtain level of relaxation but just cant go that step further to put my body at complete sleep and mind awake which is called Hypnagogia. I get to that point often, but it happens randomly and accidently,

So i want to know how to reach that point at will, and looking for someone who  is very good at it so they can give me some key tips. what do you focus on? whats going through your mind while your relaxing to reach deeper level of consiousness.

I find that I tend to "fall asleep" because:
1.  I've lost focus for a second.
2.  What I'm focusing on is extremely boring.  LoL

Also, it's one thing to be able to "silence your mind", but it's another thing entirely to be able to hold that silence for extended periods of time without losing focus.

Pick something to focus on that isn't going to relax you into boredom.  Smiley

 The first time I ever attempted a Conscious Phase was with the help of a gentleman's video, I think is name was Bedeekin. He had a video using a candle for focus. In the video he stares at a candle, but focuses on the very top of the flame. Then he closes his eyes and tries to still see that flame. This technique worked very well for me. After about 45 mins of trying to see this, I had the vibrations, that led to the Astral voices all around me as well. But, due to being my first attempt, I immediately lost focus and the whole thing ended quickly. Now I just close my eyes and in less then 10 minutes I am in a successful Phase. This all came about with practicing twice a day for over 9 months now. All the hard work has paid off and I am loving the results. You learn after awhile of practicing to just shut everything off and be in the Astral on purely will and focused intent.
