Hello everyone,
since I had'nt been in the mood to try projecting for more than a
month now I wanted to share the little fun things I have been working on lately.

These exercises are just fun ways to apply( or just practice ) the skills of visualization and focusing-on-a-point.

1. After a tiring day, lay down on your back. Imagine that you are
    lying on your stomach on a massage table (you know where this is
    going" border=0>). Try to feel and control a pair of hands that are
    massaging you, large man hands or small woman hands etc.
    Mentally massage yourself until "well done". After this exercise
    I seriously feel like I have just been massaged.

2. This makes me drift off into the "talking voices state".
    Feel your heart beat, first in your heart than in all of your body ( notice
    that in every part of your body there is a weaker/stronger heartbeat
    present. Dont try too hard for this.

    Now, concentrate and feel your heartbeat in your toes, this takes a
    while to focus. Feel your strong heartbeat now (in the toes) and keep
    raising your point of focus upward, I focus on the heartbeats in both
    legs/hands at the same time, I just keep shifting my point to whichever
    limb I feel is not "getting enough attention". Remember to feel only the
    heart beat along the general "line" which you raise upwards.

         |    |    |   |              now you can focus on the heartbeat in
      /WW   WW             the left knee, the right or both

    This made me almost fall asleep thrice in one exercise.
