Astral body/physical plane?

The answers to your questions are Yes  and   Yes.
Physical interaction with a solid object while out of body Is possible but it is Very difficult. I can not do it and only a few people are capable of doing it.

A projection is when the second body separates from the physical body and travels independently. There are many names for the second body including astral body, ethereal/etheric body, causal body and mental body. Some people believe that there is a third body in addition to the physical and astral (double) bodies. I believe that the astral body travels on the 4th dimension of our 4 dimensional space-time universe. There is mush discussion and disagreement about this.

In reply to manipulating things in the physical world...I read a passage about this in a book, once. He had the idea to try, and it "worked" when he was OOB...but when he came back, nothing had changed [xx(] Im guessing it IS possible...but it would take a HECK of a lot of energy to do it.. =/ I mean..lookit the martial artists...they use energy to help manipulate strikes, etc. Just a thought ^_^

The online book by Robert Peterson has touched on this. lol sorry about the pun [] In one obe he had  found it very hard to go through his window, later in the physical he noticed a battery torch on the window ledge. Could it be that electromagnetic fields transcend the physical, bridge the gap and maybe be manipulated in the astral ?
If that is so then I'd like to hear from ppl that AP/obe from lying on a electric blanket!!!

Regarding your first question, I have an acquaintance who told me the other day about her first and only OBE. She was over to her neighbour's house, looking in. I don't recall if she opened the door or actually moved any objects.

She thought it all was a dream, until her neighbour asked her a few days later why she was looking in their window...

It can happen, but it's very rare. What's even more unusual about this lady's case is that it was on her first try. She since has not been able to project again.

I can move things (telekinesis) without leaving my body, so it should also possible out of body. It stays where I moved it.

Probably because it was changed in a different timeline so this one wasnt affected.

Even though I'm still a long ways from being able to OBE, I was wondering something.
Is it at all possible for your astral self to interact with the physcial plane during an OBE? Such as picking up physical objects?
I was thinking about poltergiests, an thought to myself: "If they're astral entities, and they can throw things around, why wouldn't I be able to if I ever am able to OBE?"

Er, I guess I should also ask something else really fast.
From what I understand, OBE is your astral self freed from your physical self and traveling around in the real world. (Or, physical plane if you prefer.) Is this all correct?
I'm new to all of this, and I'd like to get everything clarified.
