Begginer... Since 3 years.

Hello everyone . Im currently 18.

For the past 3 years i've been having the same experiences every now and then.

Waking up after a nap, still laying in my bed and focusing on my "other" body coming out of me. I start hearing vibrations that usually become stronger and then i begin feeling a flow of energy coming from my crown chakra, i hear sounds and sometimes faint voices, i can see beneath my closed eyes. Sometimes i just have to stay laying down for me to go in that state.

The thing is, lately this has been happening a lot. The strongest OOBE attempt i've ever had was this week. As i was trying to get my chest out of my body i could hear a voice screaming. "RISE UP!!!" "RISE UP!!!" The buzzing has never been this strong. I could feel completely rested and renewed once i got into normal state.

Today i tried The rope tecnhique to get past this vibration state but once again i lost concentration and went back into normal state.

I'm joining this forum to learn more about OOBEs and to be able to control myself once i'm in this state and if i'm able to get out of my body i hope im preprared for what i'm about to see "out there".

Congrats!  Sounds like you are on the very threshold of getting out.  Since you seem to have a natural ability for this, I think you could easily increase your experiences by systematically approaching the practice.  Just the determination to have an OBE will increase your focus.  Lucky you, having these at such a young age, I wasted all my 30s thinking that my near daily bouts with sleep paralysis were the result of some terrible disease or perhaps "demons from the other side" come to have me for a midnight snack!

I'm sure your English is far better than my Japanese, so no worries
