It could be me taking your text wrong but I don't know how you expect me to take it when you start off with a sentence like this: First, "how" I project doesn't matter. Fact of the matter is that I DO project. I'm sorry if I read that wrong, you sound defensive. My bad and my apologizes. I think it's more constructive to talk about what does work than say things like "energy work is a waste of time for me" right after someone else said it was a breakthrough for them. The advice given a lot is "you have to find what works for you", and Tiny did that. Tiny's words might help someone who was stuck where he was. Couldn't agree more.

It seems like the criteria for what constitutes an "argument" on this forum is especially loose.

Well, no luck for me I'm afraid. That said I am still a complete novice having only managed to project twice before, and that's only after losing consciousness!!! Anyway, I did definately feel the energy but I just couldn't control my thoughts. Have you any tips please Tiny, on what you do when you prepare to project? Cheers!

That said I am still a complete novice having only managed to project twice before, and that's only after losing consciousness!!! Don't sell yourself short! Two projections, even from an unconscious state is still two projections! I think it's the much easier way to have them, but then that's just my personal opinion.

Granted, I seem to be able to achieve this easier, it's just that I have no control over when it happens, (at least I don't think I do). And I am still yet to be fully aware when I do project. I know I need to give it time, but there are so many things I'm bursting to do!

I would imagine it to be similar to Robert Bruce's NEW Full-Body Circuit.

Yeh but this is a problem I have. If there is too much info I just cannot relax and do something because my mind is racing at trying to remember what to do next and if you look at the amount of info on this technique by that 1 page I think I would have to be getting up and lying down and getting up and lying down just to keep looking at it on the computer screen to see if I doing it correctly which would disturb the process.
Can anyone experienced with this method give a very brief procedure? thx.
