Hmmm, don't know exactly what you are experiencing- Maybe you could program yourself to wake after an obe/lucid dream? Then you should write it down. I don't write anything down but I know that is bad. I can awake after something interesting happens in the dream world but I don't always remember all of it.
Since trying obe techniques I have been having more lucid dreams, dreams of obe's and even last night I had a dream where I had an obe within the dream. Unfortunately I did not remember all parts of the experience but that is what I get for not writing it down.
Don't know if this is any help.

hello friends and Astral pulse, i havnt been here for quite sometime. i just got back from st louis where i visited family, they didnt have a computer so i had to wait a month to get home. Anyways, iv been workin on and progressing in OBE meditation and practice, whenever iv tried OBE or AP i havnt been able to exit. Also when i have fell asleep during practice i get multiple dreams for somereason and each one is very differant. Usually ive been gettin OBE and lucid side effects during dream duration. My problem is remembering dreams most of the time. Whenever iv tried dream remembering techniques i always wake up forgetting every piece of what i dreamed. Whenever i go with the flow i remember. Can this mean i must have a subconscious OBE or dream schedule? nothing i have practiced to remember dreams has worked but when i have just fallen asleep without doing the practic i can remember the dream most of the time.

if anyone has any good anvice or tips please poste and let me know.

thanks, T_Kman0610 [Wink]
