Energy sensations even during the day time

I've had a couple of spontaneous OBE experiences that began last year in 2010. Ever since I've embarked upon a remarkable journey to discover why this happened to me out of the blue, trying to self induce OBE's however each time I try I hit a roadblock namely my energy body and energy points seem to go insane. I feel tingling sensations all over, vibrations, paralysis and then my heart beat thumping in my throat, heart and solar plexus areas, I also experience shortness of breath. I notice when I meditate or relax I begin to feel these energy symptoms, I'm really not sure how to progress further, each time I appear to be very close but for some reason I don't consciously project as these energy feelings seem to distract me... It even happens during the day time, I will be sitting on the train and all of a sudden I feel energy rushing through my legs and feet area. I also twitch and convulse. I don't know anyone else who is experiencing these sensations and so I feel a bit isolated at times. I've tried to read about it online and even ask my guides at night to calm the sensations and help me better understand what is happening but one year on I don't feel I have much clarity or achieved what I would have liked to... I was hoping some people here might be experiencing something similar? How do you handle these overwhelming energy sensations? They only started when the OBE experiences started.  When I first started posting here I experienced the strangest thing,. I had woken in the morning with vibrations, but these vibrations did not leave me for 3 weeks. I searched high and low for any reasonable explanation. The only thing that made any sense was that I had undergone a total frequency change. I found a Web Med forum where other people were experiencing the exact same thing. This Web Med forum was also how I found out about this site here.
 Take this as something wonderful happening to you, don't fear it. This is your time of awakening.

When beginning energy raising techniques for astral projection, you begin to put more frequency into your body. The further you go with this, you establish a stronger connection with your higher self and begin to be able to communicate with it easily. It makes you more immune to diseases and it also begins to put your body back into a healthier state.

Many of the Dec. 21, 2012 theories are based on the idea of the earth entering a region of space where the frequency is much higher. The energy raising techniques will allow inididuals to remain intact and use an ancient stargate system on earth to travel.

 My frequency change was before I ever attempted a conscious OBE. That event actually led to me becoming 100% involved in this. Two days before my big frequency change I awoke during the night with what I now know as Sleep Paralysis with extreme fear and the feeling that someone was in the room with me. Just like I did as a child. I chose to ignore this though, the next night it was an exact repeat experience. But I could no longer ignore my awakening once the 24/7 three week vibrations were occurring. I was searching the internet, I went to see my doctor, got in touch with a Neurologist. So I truly took the logical plan of action, until there was no more logical answers. But, all along I felt it was a Metaphysical experience, so did my family doctor when all my tests returned negative. This is why I am to adamant here that we are being awakened for a purpose and I have chosen to search for that purpose. I have never posted on any sites ever in my life, but am constantly drawn back to this one. I tried some other sites that are Astral related as well, but all the people that say they are so serious about this never reply. I guess everything needs to be cut and dry for them, well I will tell you one thing, none of this is cut and dry. Something real is occurring here and people need to get on the bus now. I have posted about trying to get people to join the cause lets say, about searching for the truths that are unveiling before us. Today I had a another unique experience. I pulled into the parking lot at the mall, there were hundreds of vehicles looking for a parking spot, I closed my eyes and said to myself 1, 2 or 3. Meaning which row is going to open, there are hundreds of rows, I just wanted to be at the front by the doors. I saw the number 1, so I went down the first aisle, I then got an impulse to stop. I started waving the other cars by me in that aisle. All of a sudden 2 people walked right up to the car that my truck was blocking, meaning right in front of, they go in, I reversed, they left and I took the space. What was remarkable is most of the vehicles were moving slow in back of people walking to their cars, so they could take their spot. If I was not in that exact position I would not have gotten my spot. The time of day was 12:30 pm, prime time for Saturday Christmas shopping. The odds of this happening, astronomical. Every day things like this keep occurring to me. Mind you, I am loving this, but I know there is a bigger reason this is all happening now.

It's different for everyone. I started energy work and AP at the same time, about 5 years ago. I've always been able to turn the high energetic frequency on and off. I don't do much energy training anymore, only if I feel sick, get a headache (which I haven't in years) or get bored. I seem to have reached a plateau of pushing my energy as far as it can go, so I figured I would wait until 2012 to see if that changes anything.

 I now also have the abiltiy to control the frequency. This has come after many successful Phase Sessions. Practice does make perfect.
