GO AWAY DAMN YOU! *Help

I did not read all the literature above, but I assume my point of view is unique[8D].
I will read them afterwards, and then add something below if needed.
Psi, I must admit that what you described happens to me. I think if those presences are unpleasant, they are fed by some inner conflict, or refusal of some important message, especially if they come back after prayers of protection, shields, and other light calls for help. I still have some presences wandering around but a lot less than before. But I still have some so it seems I did not resolve all conflict.

But about the shivering, which I have also, I think (if like for me it is pleasant) it is a help. It comes to tell you what's important, and where your task lies. It's a feeling that can help you cope with dark presence, and, of course, choose the right attitude with them.
A bit of thinking about who they might be, will help you understand what they do in your home. The answer might lead you to old attitudes you lieft behind, and which might need your blessing to go free... that's my present point of view...

How can I know Who makes me shiver like he or she does... I am willing to believe he is my personal guide, but how can I be sure?

I now have a new problem. I restart AP practice and look what happens!
For some weird and unexplainable reason, after starting AP practice, entitys are in my house or around me ALOT. I have a slight ESP and grew older suppressing it with common beleifs taught by my parents. I eventually started with AP and to make a long story short, I stopped a while for school and slight boredom with non-success. I now constantly perceive different beings moving around me, through me, ect. Im NOT PARANOID and I DO NOT HAVE MY FAN ON TO GIVE ME THE SHIVERS. I mentally ask for whomever in my general area to go away and usually they will. I have had one or two occasions where I would have an onslaught of shivers, as if someone was moving through my phsyical body to cause the shivers to annoy me. I was wondering, anyone know any natural methods for getting rid of these pesky people/creatures? I could always attempt to project and slap them myself, but im not going to project every 5 minutes :-/
