Hi Everyone. First off, this is where I have been reading from:
http://www.astralpulse.com/frankkepple.html

Okay, now a bit of background about myself. I am currently a student (21) and became interested in AP a few months ago. After a lot of unsuccessful attempts at AP, I eventually gave up. But recently, I stumbled upon Frank Kepple's works and became quite interested in his theory. Now the thing is, I am from India. Being from India, I have had exposure to a lot of "spiritual" texts since I was a kid. I quoted spiritual because I feel that spirituality and science are two sides of the same coin and are often misunderstood. Now, there are several schools of thoughts in India about a creator or God. Now I was introduced to a few texts that had some commentaries on the nature of our consciousness and the nature of reality. I would highly advise people interested in this to read some of Swami Krishnanda Saraswati's (Google him) works. I assure you, the works are not from a religious viewpoint but a product of rational thinking. I guess you could also watch his YouTube videos (https://www.youtube.com/user/narayani21/videos), though you might find the Indian accent a bit difficult to understand.  tongue

The reason I gave all the above info was to clarify that I have already been exposed to Frank's way of thinking. The texts I read also go beyond what Frank calls F4 but that's for later. Right now, the F4 region is what interests me. There are a lot (and I MEAN A LOT) of similarities between what Frank experienced and what I have read over the past years. Of course, reading them is one thing but actually experiencing them is what we call "Realisation". That being said, since I am not yet capable of experiencing the state myself, is there anyone here who has actually ventured into the F4 region? Please guide me about this region.

Also, if you guys are interested, I have some pretty amazing conclusions from the texts I read which I have no problem posting on a separate thread. So let me know if you guys want that.

Well, I'm sure most people won't understand this reply... BUT... the only person who can experience Frank's "Focus 4", is Frank.  Nobody else can or will.

What you need to work towards is experiencing YOUR OWN "Focus 4".  Smiley

Well, I understand that since the very term itself is "Subjective Energy". SO it has to be subjective or different for each one. However, how has it affected your F1? What I mean is, after experiencing F4, were there any significant implications in your F1?

Hi Swastik

I have always enjoyed FKs material on his experiences with Astral Realm.  I would like to hear what you have to say about your own conclusions re the subject - meantime I will revisit what Frank had to say about the F4 - I do not think it is 'Franks F4' any more than I think Frank wrote down his experiences simply to share his story, but because he wanted others to know the data in relation to their own experiences...sharing data to get a better picture overall.   I like your question as to how ones experiences in AT effect their experience of F1  as  this is an important thing, and might also effect visa versa.

Frank Kepple's FoC4 seems to be the "formless" upper side of the mental plane, where the causal body is formed, as described by the theosophist Annie Besant in her "The Ancient Wisdom" (1897).

See, that's probably a good description.  But, that's all it is.
What Frank calls his "FoC4"... he was simply just visiting a "different" reality compared to this physical reality of ours.
It doesn't make it special in any way other than the rules there aren't "physical".  It's not a "mental plane"... or a "causal plane"... it's just a different reality from this one.

We humans LOVE to categorize and put things in an order or hierarchy, otherwise we find that we can't make sense of them.
When you realize that everything is "one", this arbitrary listing of realities becomes rather ridiculous.  It's part of the illusion of separation and being physical.  I'm really amazed how few people who say they see through the illusion, still fall prey to this basic concept.

After separation from you body, try an affirmation like "Higher Self, Now" or "Higher, Vibration NOW" or "Now I go deeper"

Most people mistake their beliefs for truth and reality, and dismiss with contempt other opinions. Isn't it obvious that the Sun moves around the Earth? While we can't escape our ignorance, bias, and arrogance it's interesting and heartwarming to discover common bits of information in different takes on this same subject, with so many different names and interpretations.

To me, one of the most important, and practical, question is: why are we here? Answering this would allow us to try to make the most of our journey through this life. I believe that answering another question: why are we dreaming?, might bring us closer to an answer to the first question.
