Help! Overcoming a Block.

So i used to be pulled out of body when i was a very young child for communication. But soon there after. I was too young to understand my placement so i feared them and pushed them away. And now, im like my own prison and i cannot but travel or commune unless in deep sleep. Even then i must believe it is not easy for one to gain entry past this barrier i put up. I am looking for help with problem solving this. I know and feel this is very important to my current development. Also would advise for help on listening because i can speak and see but have difficulty hearing(Ghost, spirits, beings).  - Thanks Much

 When you were a child it was involuntary, you didn't have the knowledge needed to consciously Astral Travel at will. Today you can, so keep practicing. Never say "I can't", that is just programming your mind to failure. Be positive that you can and you will change that around. Learn as much as you can, read the informative primers here. When I was new to learning how to Phase at will, I bombarded my mind as much as I could with all the info. Then I started up a log to find the pros and cons of each technique. To find success you need to program yourself towards it. Focus and intent are very important here.
