High pitched frequency

Hi everyone!

I just started to practice given methods to achieve "astral projection" and a few days ago a high pitched frequency has arisen during one of my sessions. The things is, I can hear this sound ever since then, no matter what I do. I just need to focus on it for a few secs and it is there in the background. It's not like I'm bothered by it, I just can't turn it off .

After I started to hear this frequency, the "light particles" I previously observed during noticing have changed. They used to be homogeneous, some kind of light yellow/green in color, but now I can perceive dark blue and dark green colors too.

Did anyone have similar experiences?

 When you Phase/Project you tune in to a higher frequency. Once you learn that you can't turn it off, but there is nothing wrong with it. That is why I tell people here not to delve into this unless you are serious. You really can't unlearn what you will learn here.

Can you elaborate? Does everyone hear this once thy start projecting? I have this too. Is there anything else I should know about?

 It's nothing bad, but once you open yourself up to the new dimensions you will hear things and see things that you didn't before in your waking moments. This could be explained though by the fact that we are realizing our senses are much stronger than we originally thought they were. Plus, you are more aware of your physical presence here on earth. Just close your eyes and quiet your mind and you will see that Astral is right there. You really won't even need to do all the run up anymore. If I quiet my mind I immediately start to here the higher frequencies, but many times a day now I see light orbs just out of the corner of my eye. When I realize they are there, they disappear. Sometimes I move my eyes very slowly towards the orb, trying to get a better look, but still can't figure out what it is. I welcome this though, this has added intrigue and the will to further my knowledge into to my life. Though we learn something new everyday, I wish more people could open themselves up to being consciously aware wonder of the Astral Plane. That would mean they would have to change their current thought patterns and for most people that will not happen. It's their comfort zone.

I see those light orbs too, they pop up from nowhere like someone has switched the lights on, but if I stay calm and manage to keep my eyes closed they are definitely there .

I've never seen light orbs, but have seen what appears to be large shapes or wisps of white light moving from one end of a room to another.  This is becoming even more common as the years go by.
As for a high-pitched noise, I've not had it during an Ap, but have had it happen on a regular basis as I'm awake and just pottering around the house.  The noise is like a strong burst that passes in a few seconds and it seems to drill itself into my brain.  So far I've not figured out what it's all about but I like to think that perhaps it's people becoming more consciously aware
