Last night I had two OBEs. I found my self floating above my physical body, then all of a sudden my astral body just went straight into the wall at a very fast speed. I couldn't really control it. I just let it happen. Then I kept flying through walls. After that everything went black.

I woke up around 4 and went back to sleep. I found my self in my room walking around everything seemed so real. Then all of a sudden a entity appeared.  I told my self that I'm not going to be scared and talk to him or her. I then meditated for a bit and surrounded my self with protective white light just cause the entity was a bad spirit. After that I tried to ask it a question, but my mouth felt like it was full of sand. I then said let me speak and I was able to open my mouth but not talk. After that I started to see a shadow of a hand go across my t.v screen, then all of a sudden I seen a bunch of images in my head. He said his name was Bret and he was lost. He also said that his life was full anger, and hate. He also said that he had run away from his troubles. It felt he feed these memories to my astral body.

If any of you have any experience with this sort of stuff please help me. I'm not really scared, just concerned.

You did the right thing by conversing with the entity. Chances are he was either a living person who was having an OBE or else he was permanently discarnate (=dead). Either way he must have been very troubled. One reason for his confusion could have been drugs. Some people have reported encountering drug addicts even in the astral realms.

Thanks for the reply. Have you ever had that feeling of sand in your mouth before?

Now that you mentioned it, yes, that strange feeling has happened several times, both in OBEs and in dreams. I seem to remember it happening more often in dreams. It Is an odd situation, almost like chewing on plastic. Any ideas what might cause it??
