How to project??

Ive had one OBE, but i was high and my friend was talking me through the steps.. The next day i couldnt remember anything except for bits and pieces. It was mind blowing and i really want to try it again. I cant remember how i did it exactly how i did it so can anybody give me a step by step??

I believe it was the amazing hypnosis by your friend that made the difference but, if you really want to learn to project you should read a book called Astral Dynamics.

I would say it was an unconventional projection that would be hard to replicate. There are a lot of good tips in the Astral FAQ's and Permanent Astral Topics sections.

High as on a roof is cool, high as intoxicated, not good. If you wish to do this and remember it the best way is to read up and take it step by step.
Once you have mastered it the taking of substances becomes pointless.
 Go for it the trips are immense.

You can't really "replicate" a projection.

I can't be in the same position as last night and do the same thing that day, and think I will AP right away.
Some people such as yourself only remember bits and pieces not because the "high" effect is on them. But because they can't retain their dreams.

Practice meditation, control your breathing, listen to some Theta Beats (7hz), and focus on projection.

AP is not accomplished in one day. It took me 2 months to get my first actual projection, and I have been doing it ever since.

Read some books on astral projection and you will slowly but gradually learn how to AP.
