Hi everyone, oddly my account got deleted while the site was down (or something wrong with my comp

) so i cant see what i got responses for the questions i asked last time

So, back to the topic, I am having serious trouble lucid dreaming or controlling dreams (however you put it). Iv tried all the ways people recommended e.g.: pinching self so when you pinch yourself in your dreams wont hurt, the unstable text thing, taking cat naps, saying to yourself i am going to controll my dreams while going to sleep, and i have failed miserably at the way that Frank guy said (closing eyes and for a few minutes you should see flashes of lights, images, voices and so on).
And I'm wondering if anyone has any easy or other things could do to help me lucid dream or any ways of improving the things i tried
