my astral body is freaking out to be out but my mind or something is stopping me- i feel like jello when i walk or lay down- my energy is out of my body its so annoying. i feel disconnected and i cant concentrate on anything other than how annoying it feels. whyyy wont i just slip out? i tried laying down and concentrating on breathing- got to a relaxed state but my energy was just everywhere- i tried concentrating on it but its like i couldn't keep up with it- its really annoying. any suggestions? am i suppose to concentrate on my energy or on my breath? when i concentrate on breathing i end up feeling my energy and it just screws up my concentration. this might be confusing so i understand if you have no idea what im talking about- any advice to be free would be fine!

You say you're in a relaxed state, but it doesn't sound relaxing at all. Relaxing feels good. Don't over-analyze the process, just roll with it and observe it without attaching too much thought or judgement about what you perceive is going on. At times it may feel like you're "clicking-out" or falling asleep for a brief moment... that's a good sign you're on the borderline.

Ever wake up from a dream and feel just barely awake? If you remember, you were very disconnected from reality and your thoughts were random and rather incoherent. That's how your mind needs to feel. If you're concentrating on energy or vibrations or some such nonsense you're way too awake and focused for it to work.

That's the difference between awareness and consciousness. Consciousness is always of something, awareness exists by itself. Consciousness ends during sleep, awareness carries on. You are focusing on your consciousness and the various sensations it creates, when instead you need to let go of consciousness and just retain a thin beam of awareness.
