I have come across myself consciously when asleep suddenly in the black zone just awake in darkness I assume this is the 3D blackness people talk of. Quite simple; how do I project from here please?

The truth is- you are already projected; you have shifted your focus into a NP Non-Physical dimension.

The 3D Void or Blackness is an area that can be found just beyond the exit point, wherever you may find it; it can also be a point of re-organization located close within an area where a variety of NP experiences may have occurred that you find yourself returning from.

You may notice just blackness, maybe also some stars or points of light. Also some textural feel or depth, a certain 3 dimensional feel...

This can be simply an area to relax for awhile...take as long as you wish...just be...

If you find yourself still within the 3D blackness at some point, and the thought occurs to you, then let that thought take you to an experience that you desire...express your 'intent'...

This is how it works...

I experience this as a quasi blackness, very low lighting with various textures in relief. It happens only when I go to bed at night, not after waking up during the night. I couldn't find a way to further project from there, yet. I usually fall asleep after that. Neither "intending", nor any techniques seem to be effective. As others recommend, I found out too that projecting has a higher chance of success after 5-6 hours of sleep.

I once converted one of those 3d blackness experiences into a real time zone experience. For me it worked by feeling my body as being very light. I had a sensation of rising like a helium balloon. Once I had risen what felt like a meter or two off the ground the visual aspect of the reality rendered in, along with my "astral body".
