My first astral pojection experience happend today

And i wasnt even trying

a few weeks back i was under general anesthetic for a medical procedure. Perhaps it had something to do with it,
But anyways i didnt get much sleep lastnight and had important interview at 9:30am got home at 10:30am
layed back down to go back to sleep

next you know i woke up and i was in my car in a parking lot and it was like i wass drunk trying to get out of the parking lot hit walls etc

then for some reason i realized i was dreaming cause my visual point was more forward to the usual driving position!
then i could control some things i tried to gain height and i could but it was still like in a set dream location!

i couldnt change the scene, city streets unfimiliar,  but i could change what i was doing crashing cars , sswitching cars , raising metres from ground

first time its ever happend. I use to practice astral projection techniques but never got past the vibrations in ya chest but that was years ago.

Its was soo unbeleivable the power that i could control what i was doing yet know i was dreaming

i just wish i could change locations and climb higher but it all seemed car related.

I pray it happens again it was the best sleep i ever experenced!
