Progress so far

Hey guys!

It seems like when I first started astral projection I could easily get into the state where I could then exit out of body. I have had about 3 experiences. But since my last experience I haven't even been able to get my famous falling sensations like I used to so easily. Is this normal to go through phases like this? I laid down in bed last night and didn't get anything and I must have laid there for an hour. (I did because I checked my clock.) Used to I could get sensations with in ten minutes tops. What's happening here? I am not worried or anything and am still giving it my best but I just was wondering why it's all of a sudden becoming harder to reach these sensations?

Hey man, I've heard a lot of experiences like this, I think the best option is to be patient at this time. A lot of people record tha OBE's simply come and go, I've hittin somewhat of a dryspell myself, only having around one in the past month, but have no fear. So long as your heart has the desire, and you mind has the will, OBE's will happen.
