Projecting from etheric body to real time zone

It is my understanding that an Etheric Projection and a projection into the Real Time Zone are one and the same. Some people call it an Etheric Projection just to classify it as different from a full on Astral Projection.

Hello,

 Today I had an obe, and a question came to my mind.

I am blind in all of my obes, or, to be more precise, all that I can see is (just a yellow lemon tree []) pure blackness. I tried to get my sight - asked for it, and nothing happened.
 As far as I know, the first projection is made by the etheric body, when it separates from the physical one. I think, all of my obes was etheric projections. Is that possible? [?]
 Could you, please, tell me how to go further, how to project into the real time zone from the etheric body?
 Could a weak energy system cause this etheric projection?
When you project (both with consciousness and half consciousness), is the etheric body which first time separates, or you got into your real time body at once?
