hey guys,

when i'm relaxed after meditation. my thoughts begin to flow, they are VERY random I don't control them, I then go into a dream, like the most is 5 seconds and I go 'wow I went into a dream but i'm not asleeep' well it's a normal dream but i'm not asleep and I get freaked out.

weird thing is, sometimes the thought flow nicely and other times my head is just blank. I don't know how I get myself in this state, it just happens.

is this hte begining to a lucid dream? or could I use it as a doorway to lucidity?
