Okay hi forum i want a little help with my school project. Ived been reading alot and lerned alot about asttral projection so now im asking you guys for help. Okay heres the questions:



What is astral projection?

 How do you astral project?

 Why do you astral project?

 How does it help people?

 What can you use astral projection to?

 Is astral projection dangerous?

A type of out body experience (OBE) where you project your astral body into the astral plane.

How do you astral project?

Practice.

Why do you astral project?

I did it to see if it was real and if so to understand it but people do it for various reasons.

How does it help people?

It helps you to understand the true nature of reality.

 What can you use astral projection to?

You can use it to explore.

 Is astral projection dangerous?

It can be if your good at it.

There is an alternate idea to the general questions that you posted here. Read through some of the topics in the "Welcome to the Astral FAQ" forum. A whole LOT of info about OBEs and astral projection is to be found there. Then you can use as much of that info as you want for the school project.
