I have been trying to achieve an OOBE now for a while. Relaxing in bed, trying different techniques. The farthest I have reached in terms of effect is arm/leg flopping and some very fast startling ear rushing noise that takes me out of my deep relaxation.

Yesterday, I started relaxing, didn`t really experience any effects other than feeling my consciouss mind dipping in and out on occation. Then a bit later, I came to myself, I felt really relaxed, my body was feeling quite heavy. Still had no visual/auditory effects.

So I stopped for the night, but then I noticed the clock, 2 hours had passed. Now, when I usually do this, I rarely go over 45 minutes, didn`t really think more time had passed either.

What kind of state were I really in, in this missing hour? My body hadn`t moved like I assume it would do during normal sleep and it felt really heavy and slow when I stopped.
