My first out of body experience was in my old rental house. I know live in my grandmas basement. (Very nice place.) I love it down here. My grandpa passed away down here and for some reason the atmosphere is amazing. Maybe he checks up on me from time to time?

Anyway... Do you think I should start things off slow? If I get into a concious OBE again, should I only stay out for about ten seconds or so like Robert Bruce mentioned? In my first one I stayed out a while. Things got sloppy after a while I think I fell into a deeper sleep. Once I get better I want to start visiting places. I really want to go to the moon sometime, and see if I can find the american flag up there etc. Is there anything on the moon I should be aware of? I am planning on just keeping it simple for now. Learn how to control OBES better... Learn how to fly... etc.
