Strong pressure feeling around the third eye chakra

Can anyone tell me what this means? I had this feeling not to long ago. I was lying down in my bed meditating and I was getting the usual sensations. Never had this one though. It wasn't uncomfortable or anything though. It was just new to me.

 You are activating your 3rd Eye Chakra and exerting intense energy into that region. I used to have a strong feeling in that area as well, sometimes so strong that it lasted for days after the Phase Session. It will calm like all the other things Astral related symptoms with practice. Congratulations you are showing positive signs of advancement.

Yeah I echo that, it can also happen when your awareness to spirit people is growing, I often used to feel pressure on my third eye chakra when spirit people where near. It would almost feel like some one was touching it, but im sure its just the energy

Thanks majour.  Yeah I laid down last night... after 24 hours of being awake.... and I got the spinning feeling after 2 minutes of laying there. That will go to show how tired my body was!

It seems now I can trigger this feeling on command even while sitting here on the computer typing this. Maybe I could use this feeling as something to focus on to try and trigger an OBE while meditating? It's actually kinda a cool feeling.

Yeah, I just meant I can use that feeling as something to focus on while meditating to help me achieve a right state to be able to astral project. To help focus you know?

Sure, you'll probably only end up with a headache though.

Yeah I learned that the hard way... Hey do you know why after an OBE you can have a headache? My very first one, I had a super bad headache about 7 mins after.
