I had all these symptoms this morning and I kept going with them. But all of a sudden these stopped and I was just laying there feeling more like I was in my physical body... what happened? I didn't get over excited or anything like that, what can I do to fix this next time?

Do your exit attempt after the vibes have stopped.  If you find yourself awake in your bed, get up and walk around.

Okay and walk around as in walk around to just get up and to then try again? Or will I most likely be out of body. It was weird because for a while I felt really astral. But then the vibrations stopped so I tried the roll method. Rolling by thought not my physical body. But I moved my entire body and opened my eyes. I was like Aw man.... Was very close

You fighted for the control of breeze during this vibration state. So you have interrupted it. The body wants to switch on "sleep mode", which means full automatic breezing. The harder breezing is a conflict between conscious breezing and automativ breezing. If you fight against the automatic, you will wake up. Next time focus away from breezing.

Hi,
Simple solution. Try to turn the light on.
You can, probably physically awake, try other normal tasks.
You cant, close your eyes and think of a known place really strongly,  imagine you will be there. Open eyes and see. Or fly straight up...
Happy travels.

Yes to both.  Many times you separate but don't feel you're out of body (because you expect to be dreamy or something) and when you go to get up you start floating, and realize that you were separated after all.  If it isn't the case, then walk around the house and go back and get into trance again, and see what you can do.  The worst thing to do is to go to sleep after thinking you have failed- it sets up a bad habit.

In which case it would be very easy to get back to that state, after getting up.

I had about a 5 second out of body experience this morning but all of a sudden felt me getting sucked back into my physical body. I was like "noooooooooooo!" lol. I couldn't see though... It's kinda hard to get further away from my body when I have no astral sight. Most likely I walked right toward it. I remember briefly seeing my living room but that's about it... Should I try the "Clarity now" thing next time? All of a sudden I am really having an experience about every night now.

Edit: and also my first full blown OBE. That had to last 30 mins or so... was done by meditation. This one I just woke up. Maybe I was still a bit groggy or just not with things. But I had one... Cheesy

And after the first one I had this morning I laid back down, got in a comfy position and not 10 mins later I started getting vibrations again. I think this meditation is paying off.

Woohoo!!! Good!!! The Clarity now thing works for me as does looking at my hands. Keep moving even if you can't see. I can usually make it out my front door without sight. Then I'll pause in the front yard to say clarity now, etc. I tried looking at my feet on the ground this morning. That seemed to work too. I could even feel the grass between my toes!

Army of One, so what type of meditiation are you doing?
I would love to have some more control over my own Ap experiences(usually I get obe's near the end of a nap) and have been meditating, but what happens is I just end up meditating for a heck of a long time with nothing happening :S

Remember that the vibrations ALWAYS stop, whether you have projected or not. When I have an OBE the vibrations disappear suddenly and  it usually feels like I'm lying awake in my bed. I always do a reality check at this point because I can't be sure whether or not I've projected - it often feels just the same as being awake, which a lot of people don't realize. It's useful to get into the habit of doing reality checks.

I had this too. I had intense vibrations and buzzing. Then it would suddenly stop. I thought I was still awake cause it felt so real. I could sometimes hear my wife say something to me or I would hear her cell phone make a text message. I then realized that this was a trick. I was actually really about to have an OOBE but it felt so real after the buzzing stopped that I would just think I'm still awake and then slip into a very lucid dream. The next time I had the buzzing and it stopped I decided to move even though it felt really real. I felt really slow and it was really hard to move. I rolled with my shoulders and then suddenly I felt really light, like I was floating. I couldn't see. I'm having trouble seeing and usually when I do see. I slip into a dream.

I hope this advice helps.
