obe or dream

Hello, I will describe my exsperience las night...  
I went to sleep at about 00:30 am, and then I appeared in my flat, I was a bit scare because I was thinking what if I die my body, I wont come back then... But I remember I read on forums that scaring is not good because I would woke up then... I have seen I think somewhat all slightly different, like If i was in different dimension and also I had a strong feeling I could see probably someone who doesnt exist in our physical world right now... Like our recently dead dog, but I actually didnt meet no spirits... So because It was some kind of fun to explore, I continued exploring in my flat, I was in my bathroom... It was a little bit different, washing machine wasnt the same, I think it looked a bit older. I continued to enter in bedroom, there was my mom and dad sitting on chears and watching tv, we talked a bit... Then I wanted to wake up, so suddenly I was in my body and I was in shock a bit:) but was so tired to think and sleep again. Well the strange part is that my mom and dad are not here (home) now. But I saw them anyway last night. What do you think was this a dream or obe? thanks

OBE - 4th dimension, just outside of this one, similar but askew... It was your guardians in guise as your parents... What did you talk about?

I forgot what we talked, but the feelings were actually quite good, but at the same time quite strange so I remember, I was telling myselfe, woke up, woke up... then I finally opened my eyes and I was in my bed... The good part was, I all the time knew that I sleep in my bed, but I had a fear to find me on bed, so I actually explored more in my flat, then searching for my body on bed, you know... It somehow scary to watch myself hehe

I almost forgot but now i finally remember, that I lifted big objects, like boxes and other stuff with telekinetic ability in flat, of course in obe or dream. It was quite cool to had that ability... anyway just wanted to say that, because I really missed that one. cheers
