Trouble falling/Getting to trance

Hi there,

I have been trying unseccusfully to get into trance mode and I think it is because I am finding it hard to get a good falling feeling. I have tried using the ladder but it's not really working for me. My body easily gets rather relaxed with most of it being pretty heavy, but my mind seems to be the next obstacle.

Any suggestions?
