Hello dudes been away for a time now I trying to OBE again using phasing. Just wanted to ask all those phasers out there how long it took you (very roughly) to see something in the darkness to enter into? did it take you hours upon hours to end up seeing something or?

Hi SkepticBoy, welcome back. Usually I see screens that I could enter within a few minutes after closing my eyes. But it doesn't mean that I can always enter them. Mostly they are too short and before I am even aware enough that I can enter it, the screen is gone.  smiley

For me personally, I don't "see" anything that requires "entering".
For me, when I start seeing things, at Focus 12, it's just a precursor to an immediate "jump" that just "happens".
Phasing, to me, is you're "here"... you feel a shift... and then you're "there".

The point here though is that you have to allow it to happen, you can not force it.  If that makes any sense.

I can get to Focus 12, on average, in about 15 minutes.  Give or take.

For me, it's been a very progressive skill that gets better as time goes on. It's not something I got good at very fast at all, and it's something I continually improve on. Think of it in terms of quality rather than than speed/quantity. But I wouldn't try for hours either. Limiting your practice to 35 or 45 minutes can be helpful so you don't get bored with it.

In the right state, when you begin to see something, how do you usually see it? do you see random colours for example?

For myself, it generally tends to be formless, colourless blobs floating around randomly within my field of "vision".

Well, you're kind of asking a backwards question...

At the point you're at (called Focus 12), you can actually do a lot of things... projecting being only one of them.
You should stick with the gateway program I think, cause they really do give you lots of pointers.

From Focus 12, alone, you can talk to non-physical beings, guides, you can remote view... and more.  It's quite a versatile state of consciousness.

But if your main goal is to project... then to jump from Focus 12 to Focus 21, you have to "let go" and "allow" the shift to happen.  That's really the best way to describe it.  It's not something you can force.  Smiley

right right, im debating sticking with it. i need to find the track for once your in focus 12 how to lead towards projecting, pretty much help "letting go" a little more.

Well that's just it, nobody can really tell you "how" to "let go".  Wink
Just don't have any expectations... and don't try to force anything.

Imagine falling off a very deep cliff.  You don't 'do' anything, you just fall.  Something like that.
