how to prevent dream manipulation ??

I have been under manipulation in sleep for some time. all my spiritual understandings and resolves/acts/any useful knowledge/memories are disappearing/corrupted in the sleep. I tried to do lucid dreaming in a hope to solve the problem. but I couldn't do that for long.  I feel the dream and manipulation behind the the dream , but how to control the manipulations with out praying for help from the evolved beings like Jesus etc.    I used to pray in the name of Jesus for protection, but used to guilty for not being able to resolve this issue on my own. Praying thing works well, but I strongly feel of some other nice solution that I can use on my own ?.

    I am under psychic attack through out my life ( may be it started with the abducton experiece at the age of 7 or 8 . Now I am 34 ), which I started realizing only recently. I started to recognise all the dream maniulations recently , when I started controlling my sextual desires and subsequent energy release.soon after I started controlling this, I used to get erotic dreams which automatically discharges my sextual energy. After some struggle, I came to a succesful method that worked nicely for my sextual discharge issue . " I self hypnotise my self to wake up when some body tries to steal my sextual energy or tries to manipulate me". I used to wake up no. of times in the night , with the symptoms of manipulations. . Finally I realized that any minor sextual temptation/thought is good enough for them to make me discharge. I removed all the temptation. It is painful to do remove temptation, because of the so many sextual message that are getting promoted surrouding us including my own habbits. If I lose sextual energy in dream, I used to feel that I lost will and control my over my body and mind. when I get up in the sleep because of manipuation, my intial question is what to do.
I tried garlic , it worked partially . garlic usage and smell created good amount of family problems , as my wife hated all this. For the same reason, I did n't even attempt to create running water barrier surrounding the bed.
Iam sure most of the people in the spiritual path has to deal with the dream manipulation. Any suggestions/experiences regarding this type of psychic attacks?
