From my limited experience i would suggest two things.

If it hasn't attached itself to you, try fidling with watre, bless it and spray it with your hands or run across it. Burn herbs, eat a lot of garlic.

But since it's been with you a long time i would start looking for core images. Find out what troubles you emotionally, deep deep down. It could have come to you at night and messed with you subconsciousness  withouyt you realisng it. If you haven't bought Robert Bruces' self defence book it's a must.

   I would try the self-exorcism in Roberts books Practical Psychic Self-defense. I would also check out the egg method. It should help quite a bit.
   Burning garlic, placing herbs in the corners of the room, taking showers with herb soap and shampoo. You pray during all of these methods to be freed of what is bothering you. They all help and Roberts book is a great source of different methods.

Thank you all for your suggestions. Sorry for replying so late. I haven't had much time on the computer and with school taking up so much time.

I was attacked twice again last night. I tried telling it that it couldn't hurt me, that I loved it and then what I was seeing stopped (I saw the outline of a face coming closer and closer). But I was still paralysed. Then I started feeling extremely heavy and the pain grew worse. The second time it happened, I was 'astrally raped'. After reading your suggestions, when I try them, I hope that I'll be able to project in peace and not have anything stop me or end up paralysed.

And just to add, since I forgot to say so before, my SP attacks (and even my spontaneous projections) all happened right after I moved into my new house. And I began having reoccurring dreams of a demon possessing my little sister and mother (never my father). In my room, the words "Die" and "Die Slowly" are written on the ceiling.

SpiritPathwalker: I looked at that topic. I read your post. I'd love to battle it and I've tried fighting it... problem is, I can't move at all. I can manage my hands and feet (and move my neck sometimes), but that's all. And when I manage to do those, it's only to get out of the paralysis. You know, I have considered that it could be an 'inner ego'. That's one of the reasons I was reluctant to admit that I was being attacked by a neg. But, my SP attacks happened right after I moved into my house. And (if you read what I wrote above), the words 'Die' and 'Die Slowly' are written on my bedroom ceiling.

Tyler: I wouldn't know if it was attached to me. Core images? I've heard of this before but I'm still not sure what they are. Are they images that the neg makes you see (every now and then)? Like, you're just reading a book, when out of nowhere you start seeing terrible things (people killing eachother, etc)? Cause if this is what you mean, then I've got them. ... getting rid of them will be hard. I've got a lot of stuff to deal with emotionally. I'd like to get Robert Bruce's Practical Psychic Self Defence book, but I'm still trying to find his Astral Dynamics!

beav31is: Heh. You know, I've actually tried that, telling it to just kill me already. I've tried telling it that it can't hurt me (tried using the conjurations). I've asked it what it wants... But I only end up with more pain .

Nita: Hmm. Self-exorcism? I didn't know that you could perform it on yourself. Wouldn't it be very dangerous? And I'm assuming the 'egg method' is explained in the book. As for the burning garlic and herbs, I'll try it when I can. Is there any specific prayer you recommend?

Just along the stuff written on the wall, still could be inner demon (someone with a decent amount of power and a strong inner demon would actually manafest and the results would be just the same as an actual demon).  However, cause it happened right when yah moved, unless that was a very stressful time (what triggers inner demons), yah, it probably not your ego.

  Also, yah don't have to move to fight back, just put all your will against it, focus everything, and push back metally/spiritually/ect.  Movement sometimes helps people with spells and such, but hardly nessessary for basic energy and force.

  as for self exorsism, only works if the evil spirit inhabiting your body.  There numerous ways one could make you unable to move from outside your body (or make you think you can't, which actually has the same effect).  Maybe some insense and holy symbols of whatever belief yah are, exorsize the entire house.

   You are incorrect in saying self-exorcism only works if it is inhabiting your body. To obsess or connect to a person to cause discomfort and dreams the entity has to form a link and channels. A self-exorcism removes these. Core removal also removes these.
   A blessing of the room done with salt water, and herbs that has been prayed over to remove evil will also remove things from a house. Attacking the entity is wrong advice and will normally only end up with the person having worse problems unless it is done in a proper manner.
   A proper manner is to force the entity out of your space or force it into a triangle of art with the names of God written around the outside. It can then be banished from your space and removed forever.. A lot of people have the erroneous impression that they can harm a demon or entity. They can be banished, and they can be removed. Demons are direct creations of Gods like angels and we are not what can destroy them. God is the only one able to do that.
   Self-exorcisms are not dangerous. I do feel they work better when done in a hot tub or a shower where the element of water can banish any entities also. A pond, lake or stream is also ideal for this. Robert has a short self-exorcism that is ideal for things like this. I also have a prayer to remove negativity that has been posted upon this forum before and it also helps keeping things gone when done after a self exorcism.

Hello. I’m not sure if I should be posting here or not, but I’ve got a problem. And I’m a bit reluctant to say that ‘some thing’ (a demon or a neg) has been attacking me, but I’ve ignored this for too long now. And so, after being attacked again last night, I thought I’d try my luck here.

First off, I’ve been having Sleep Paralysis for a few years now (and they’re pretty severe. Sometimes happening around 5 to 10 times a night, a few times a week). Though for a few months it was happening a lot less, it’s becoming worse again. Not only that, but I’ve managed to consciously project around 7 to 9 times now (not including projecting from some Sleep Paralysis attacks).

I’m really, really happy about finally projecting and all, but the thing is… that I become paralysed a few seconds after I project. And I’ll hear anything from loud shrieking noises to loud, mingled voices (telling me to ‘Die’ or ‘I’ll kill you’) to sinister-like laughter.

A former Instructor told me, he believed that something was indeed attacking me, and told me to try the conjurations he had taught. I did, and it worked (the first time). I tried using it twice afterwards, and nothing has worked. I’ve also tried waiting for it to go away, yelling at it (them?) to go away, tried calling Jeshua Ben Pandera (sp?)[or Jesus], my Guide, the Universe, God…but that didn’t work (and I yelled out in panic).

I have no clue what else I can do. And these stupid attacks are really messing up my life. My insomnia has returned, I wake up after a few hours of sleep, I’m missing school, etc. I want to get rid of whatever is hurting me. And, yes, I actually feel pain (not sure if this is common).

If anyone can help me out, or tell me what else I can do, I’d really, really appreciate it.
