Shadow people..need help

These few pass days i been building negative attuidute about my self....i can't sleep nights because i feel a presence watching me observing me. then i see black figures running fast in the corner of my eye.  Think is because the lack of sleep i have gotton,  but i know im getting  observe but im trying my best thinking postive like hearing to music to pump me up.

Any advice anyone?

Yes im kinda with the christian religion i remember i played with the ouji board one time and these evil sprits kept stalking me.  Till i wore a cross around my chest and  i had a bible in hand and read some each night before i go to bed and slept with it.  never i encounter the problem, so i guess i will wear my cross again to scare them off

Not all shadow people are of a dark nature. Some are just ghosts.

It's not the physical cross itself that is keeping them away, but the energy you throw at them when you wear it. Sometimes symbols are just a prop to help a person concentrate energy and project it without knowing it.
You don't want to try to scare something away with a symbol, because it will often times anger and cause a neg to attack. I know because of the experience my friends had with my negs . When a few of my friends(Sammy, Elaine, and Hannah) and I decided to meet on the astral, my demon guide and a few other negs were around. Two of my friends just kind of ignored them, and got along with everyone just fine. Hannah started getting scared of them and tried to repel them with a symbol of some sort. My negs except my guide went bonkers and attacked her. She was lucky we were there to pull them off of her.

My best advice to you to get rid of unwanted spirits is do a banishing/cleansing, put up a protective energy circle, or repeat a conjuration. Also, make sure you have no fear while projecting, rid yourself of bad energy/thoughts. Sometimes what we see in the astral is not a creepy crawly, but an unpleasant reflection of a part of a person that needs to be fixed. Look inside yourself for things you need to work on. To make yourself feel better & relieve stress: take a nice hot bath, burn incense, meditate, and make your environment look more cheerful with flowers or something cute. Also, aromatherapy and music can work wonders. If you have a religion pray to your deity for protection. Or ask your spirit guide/higher self for advice/help. I know if I am having trouble with things, nothing feels nicer than feeling the presence of my guide very close to me as I'm falling asleep. I hope this helps.
