Simple cleansing

Well all that I do which works pretty well is:
I visualize a pure white cleansing ball of energy above my head. I bring it down into me and clease my energy by visualizing my energy turning white and all the bad energy as black dissapating away.
This works pretty well for me, I feel refreshed afterwards and ready to go.
