For those of us who are experienced in projection, the associated phenomenon isn't strange at all.

I refer this to the sense of accidentally expanding consciousness away from the physical and not being prepared for it.

 I saw that they "took the high road" and left anything like Sleep Paralysis and Astral Travel, completely out of the equation. rolleyes
