Sounds like you may have slipped a spinal disk, or strained all of the muscles through-out the back of your body.... in any case you should probobly see a doctor or chiropractor... if not, let your body try and rest as much as you can, and once you do start feeling better, DO NOT test your body in any way... let it continue resting for another few weeks or so after it begins to feel better....

All the same, Prayers and thoughts will be sent your way..

A week a go I had an accident training my martial arts. I was doing backflips when one went totally wrong, and I landed on my back. The spine feels like its broken, and I can not lift heavy, jump, bend over,run, or even sit on the bus, without feeling like my back is going to break any minute. The injury is right on the same height as the hole at the chest-area(where the chest stops and moves into throat). This is one of the worst things that could happen to me, as I am a very active person, and I could not live anymore If I was confined to a wheelchair. I feel bad about asking for this, but I have decided to try what I can.
