Back in 1993 when David A. Warner started out projecting, he always wanted to know What Does The Physical Body Look Like During a Astral Projection he thought? His first actual recorded video occurred on March 5th, 1993 using state of the art vcr cam recorder he borrowed from Blockbuster Video employer he worked for at the time. The greatist part of this acievement is trial and erorr. It took roughly six months to capture the physical body during the OBE state and with the bedroom lights turned on. Now, imagine that... Such dedication, but well worth the study and review.

So through out the years, David has recorded many videos of his physical body asleep, but mind awake out of body. If you watch October 2nd, 2008 which David used three video cameras from different angles, audio recording for heart rate, thermonitor to monitor room and body temperture.  A very insightfull video indeed and is the best one to date.

Now, on March 22nd, 2007 I was invited to the Oassis Hot Tub and Spa location in Grand Rapids Michigan. The owner Lucas H. purchased a sensory deprivation tank and would rent by the hour for the public to use. David has always wanted to test the deprivation tank and see if it can assist with producing the out of body state. Watch the video and find out..  

Last but not least is a actual live demonstration of the Astral Academy's own Conference Room that students use to connect with to the instructors and classmates. The conference room uses audio, video, whiteboard for file documents "Word, Excel", photos, desktop sharing, and is moderated only accessible Monday, Wednesday, and Saturdays at 1:00PM EST.
