Missing Buttons

The 'recent posts and replies to topics posted in' buttons at the top of the page under the 'hello name' have gone.
The function still operates from bookmarks.
I've logged out and in too.
Can they be phased back to existence?

Cleared it, freed up some memory and hard reset. Still missing.
Im using Android, nothings changed or updated recently too.
