Hi, I've astral projected alot of times now but I still can't seem to do it now.
I go to bed and my mind is pretty hyped up and fast so I quiet it down by mantra's for example: the egypto mantra or the la-ra-ss mantra.
Yesterday I got the vibrations and the heavy body feeling.
I never got full paralysis and I actually started to see the room with closed eyes.
I thought, time to get out... I got up and stood on the floor... Did a few reality checks and went downstairs to meet my dad.
I talked to him as normal. Nothing different. I was certain I was in the normal plane.
Problem is, why didn't I project? What was I doing wrong?
