I found it only helped me with the way I previously breathed. You breathe in with your stomach and out with it (natural breathing), not with your chest.

I haven't had time to look at this in detail, but I skimmed through it and have found it to be an extensively long (and perhaps) detailed faq concerning OOBE, covering many issues that most likely shall help me progress and improve upon myself.

For the inexperienced OOBE'er / AP'er, or for those who are having trouble experiencing projections, perhaps looking at this guide might be a breathe of fresh air to you. I certainly hope it is for me.
