I´ve been trying to learn the technique of identifying the core images and get them out.
The most tangible points where I know that the images/negs are located are the temples, and the right eye, as I can often feel a magnetic pressure there.
Imagining these centres to be like ropes, I was able to get hold of some of them and some images (used by the negs) popped up, I tried hacking at them with a sword, an axe, as well as picturing the symbol for SPIRIT the wheel before them (this had an interesting dynamic effect) as well as THE PENTAGRAM.
But the problem for me is to be able to know when you have the branches/roots in your grip.
When I´m doing SETTING OF THE WARDS OF POWER (the calyx part) I find that the white light is difficult to channel down, which must mean that there are neg obstructions in the way.
Are there any ways to screen the aura of yourself, like using crystals or any meditational method? I´m also thinking in terms of the use of the crystals ability to create a magnetism that can help to more easily detect the core images and "suck them out" - like a vacuum cleaner.
