published by weiser this was a nice little book found in one of the brilliant esoteric bookshops in Glastonbury town uk

*the blurb*
carol is a self taught astral projector. she graduated from black hills state university with a b.s in mathematics chemistry and biology and received her mba from the university of south Dakota she lives in the black hills of south Dakota this is her first book

i really enjoyed this book its written in a very analytical way due to her scientific background but its also non partial and not bias to any school of thought
for the level i am at with my own practice i found it helpful but its not just an instruction manual or a list of techniques its a step by step incremental look at the way we can enter non physical reality's and what they mean

the book starts talking about consciousnesses and dreams and really breaks down the way she felt in certain dreams it goes on to talk about lucid dreams but also trys not to label them all as separate and explains them as a continuation of consciousness

then the section on astral projection and a balanced argument as to if its a subjective reality contained within our own mind or if its actually an objective experience in a actual non physical realm or parallel dimension making no real conclusions other than the experience she has personally had

there are a few useful techniques to help you to exit into a obe but its not primarily that kind of book

then there is a whole section at the end that is made up of her journal and her more memorable obes

defiantly worth a read  not sure if some of the more experienced projectors will get quite as much from it but ii found it was written in a refreshing way than alot of other books ive read on the same subject
