Is it important to maintain the vibrations during AP...?

Within around 25 minutes I got very noticeable vibrations around my hands. I thought I was near so I immediately tried doing the rope technique. The vibrations then died down very quickly as soon as I started. Am I doing the exit techniques too early? Should I lay there for my whole body to get the vibrations before attempting to exit?

Thank you.

In my opinion maybe you focused too much on the technique and that is why you lost the vibrations. IN my expereince once I felt the vibrations I let them intensify for a while and tried the rollover, it's worked a couple of times for me.

Dear Gbob,

you don't have to maintain the vibrations. I personally believe that vibrations are probably just a gross change in frequency, like when you listen to a special emotional song - you may get vibrations for a few seconds, then they fade - your frequency is then 'aligned' to it.

All it takes apparently is to deeply sink out of physical awareness by completly letting go while subliminally holding the intention to go out.

One time I had put on the right music I had my astral arms floating over my body within single minutes however my bad spine makes it difficult.
