Weird experience...

So i was layin down in bed relaxing and lucid dreaming. I then transitioned to a dark void. I then saw an alien form take shape. I heard a screech sound from it, became paralyzed, and shocked at,the same time, then i snapped back to reality. I wasnt scared... More like fascinated. Has this,happened to anyone?

Sounds like you were going from a Lucid Dream to an Astral Projection.
I have no idea what the alien thing was, or the noise.  An entity? Something your subconcious fabricated? Who knows?

But the excitement of the experience snapped you back into the physical. Unfortunately you have to keep rather calm otherwise you get adrenaline running through your body which pulls you back.
But keep at it, and the more experiences you have, the less surprising they will be and the calmer you will become - which means youre experiences will last longer.

I forgot to mention that I took MMS (Miracle miner substance/solution). If you guys dont know what it is, basically it cleans your body of any toxins/pathogens. My guess for the astral projection being easy this time was that my body was a little more "pure."

 My guess is by taking the MMS you are showing how much it means to you to learn this new skill. Every little bit of mental preparedness helps here. Clean body and Healthy mind are great aides for success!

Thanks! I was tried it again last night. Felt the vibrations and what not but was too distracted by my friend playing game in my room all night T_T. Will let you guys know about future success with MMS and AP.
